Venetian Glass Large Wall Plaque Tile Framed. This is made from black amethyst glass and hand-painted gold figures on the front with six different separate portraits. This is a large glass tile plaque that measures 16 in wide and 12.5 in tall for just the glass the frame which is in rough condition is 23 and 1/4 wide by 19 and 1/2 tall. The glass plaque itself is almost a quarter inch thick.

There is a wavy line down the center and the glass itself is wavy as expected for such a large piece of plate glass. It appears to be from the early 20th century and was framed probably in the 1940s. The glass is in good condition with no chips or cracks just the waves the frame as you can see is rough I would either reframe this or get the frame gold gilded or repainted. You will not find another as I've been in this business almost 30 years and this is the first large wall plaque that I have had.
